I started out as an IC designer in 2014, and shifted into design leadership in 2022.
I’m currently Senior Manager of Product Design at Corteva Agriscience (formerly Granular), managing an international group of designers.

Past Product Design Work
Prior to my role as a design leader, I spent eight years in UX and Product Design. My portfolio highlights my time as a Senior Product Designer at Granular, where I worked with multiple cross-functional teams that focused on unique areas of agronomy and farm management.
My Leadership Styles
DiSC: Steadiness (S)
Supporting my team and coworkers is invaluable to me. As a DiSC style S, I foster an environment of communication and vulnerability, whether about career desires, workload, or team conflict.
Meyers Briggs: The Advocate (INFJ)
To me, INFJ is about creating professional fulfillment that feels authentic to everyone. This means taking time to establish team values and prioritizing how best to serve our users.
